State troops form the mainstay of the Empire's armies. As well as forming a standing army, state troops serve as city guards and enforcers of all local laws. They may be armed in a variety of ways although the most common is either halberd, sword or spear. This boxed set contains 10 Empire State Troops and can be armed with spears, halberds or swords, in addition they come with a standard bearer, musician and champion.
